Each country is shown for its main zone — for example Eastern Time for the USA, Moscow Time for Russia and Sydney time for Australia. The country page names the zone used.
Why might the date change?
If the conversion crosses midnight, the result falls on the previous or next day — the date is always shown alongside the time.
