Frequently asked questions
What happens when I add a month to 31 January?
There's no 31 February, so the result is clamped to the last day of the month — 28 February, or 29 February in a leap year. The same rule applies when adding years to 29 February.
How are working days counted?
Working days skip Saturdays and Sundays only. To also skip a country's public holidays, use the Business Days Calculator.
Is the start date counted?
No. Adding 1 day to Monday gives Tuesday — the count starts from the day after the start date.
