This Disclaimer explains the limits of what Tomorrow Calendar (tomorrowcalendar.com, operated by Evavel Private Limited, "we", "us") provides. Please read it alongside our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Data Sources page, which it should be read together with.

1. General informational purpose only

Everything on this site — dates, calendars, week numbers, day-of-year counts, holiday and festival listings, and the output of every date tool — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for an official government publication, an employer's HR policy, a religious or cultural authority, or professional advice of any kind.

2. No professional, legal, financial, tax, HR or payroll advice

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, tax, employment, payroll, immigration or other professional advice. In particular, do not rely on this site as your sole source when a decision has legal, contractual, payroll or financial consequences — for example, confirming whether a specific date is a statutory public holiday for payroll or leave purposes, calculating a legal deadline, or scheduling a contractually binding event. Always verify against the relevant official government notification, your employer's policy, or a qualified professional before relying on it for anything that matters.

3. Accuracy of date and calendar calculations

Date, weekday, week-number, day-of-year and calendar-grid calculations on this site are performed algorithmically using standard Gregorian calendar arithmetic and your device's timezone data. We believe these calculations are correct and we test them, but we do not warrant that they are error-free in every browser, device or edge case (for example, an unusual or misconfigured device clock or timezone setting can produce an incorrect result that is outside our control).

4. Holiday and festival data — accuracy, completeness and timing

Holiday and festival information is compiled from publicly available government and reference sources, described on our Data Sources page. We do not guarantee that this information is complete, current, or free from error for any country, state, region or religious community. In particular:

• Dates that depend on lunar or lunisolar observation (for example Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Diwali, or Chinese New Year) are estimates until officially confirmed by the relevant authority, and are clearly marked "estimated" wherever shown.
• State, regional, sectoral (e.g. bank-only) and employer-specific holidays may not be listed even where a national holiday is.
• Government holiday announcements can change after publication, including on short notice.
• We are not a government body, employer, bank, or religious or cultural authority, and nothing on this site should be read as an official or authoritative declaration that a given date is or is not a public holiday.

5. Not affiliated with or endorsed by any government or authority

Tomorrow Calendar is an independently operated reference resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government, statutory body, religious institution, or official calendar authority in any country we cover.

6. Timezones and daylight saving time

Timezone-dependent calculations use your device's reported timezone (for country pages, that country's primary timezone) via your browser's built-in timezone database, which we do not control and cannot guarantee is correctly configured on your device. Some countries include multiple timezones or apply daylight saving time differently across regions; where we simplify this for a single "primary timezone" display, that simplification is noted on the relevant country page.

7. External links and third-party content

This site links to external websites, including government sources, reference material, and (on our Shop page) third-party product and payment pages operated by other companies. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, availability, security or business practices of any external site. Including a link does not imply our endorsement of that site's content unless explicitly stated. Visiting a linked external site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy, not ours.

8. Shop and third-party products

Products listed on our Shop page may be sold and fulfilled by a different company or platform than tomorrowcalendar.com (see the product listing for details). Purchases, payment processing, delivery, and any refund or support requests for those products are handled entirely by that third party under its own terms — we are not the seller of record for such products and cannot process payments, refunds or delivery issues on their behalf. You are responsible for independently verifying any information from this site — especially holiday, festival, and date-calculation results — before relying on it for any decision with real-world consequences, and for using your own judgment when following any external link, including on our Shop page.
