How We Calculate Tomorrow's Date
Every date on this page is worked out live, in your browser, from your device's clock — never hard-coded or pre-generated at build time. We read today's date in the relevant timezone (Coordinated Universal Time here on the homepage, or a specific country's timezone on its country page), then add one calendar day using standard Gregorian calendar arithmetic that correctly handles month-end rollovers, year-end rollovers, leap years and daylight saving transitions. The same underlying engine powers every date tool on this site, so a "days until" result and the homepage's "tomorrow" figure are always internally consistent. Curious about the mechanics? See our guide on how the day of the week is calculated, or read more on our Data Sources page.

Frequently Asked Questions
All FAQs →How is tomorrow's date calculated on this site?
Every date on Tomorrow Calendar is calculated live in your browser from your device's clock and timezone — nothing is hard-coded or pre-generated. We take today's date in the selected timezone and add one calendar day, correctly handling month-end, year-end, leap years and daylight saving transitions.
Which timezone does Tomorrow Calendar use?
The homepage uses Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) by default, since it's meant to be a global reference. Each country page uses that country's primary timezone instead — for example, Indian Standard Time for the India page — so "tomorrow" is accurate for that specific country.
Are the holiday dates official?
Fixed-date national, federal, bank and statutory holidays are listed with high confidence, based on published government sources. Holidays that depend on lunar or lunisolar observation (like Eid, Diwali or Chinese New Year) are marked "estimated" until officially confirmed — see our Data Sources page for details.
Why are some holidays marked "estimated"?
A handful of holidays are set by moon sighting rather than a fixed Gregorian date, so governments often confirm the exact date only shortly beforehand. We show a well-informed estimate in the meantime rather than guessing, and update it once the official date is confirmed.
About Tomorrow Calendar
Tomorrow Calendar is a global date and calendar reference. It answers a simple daily question — what is tomorrow's date, and what day of the week is it — and backs that up with week numbers, day-of-year counts, monthly and yearly calendars, country-specific holiday information, a set of date-calculation tools, and a growing library of guides and articles about how calendars actually work. The homepage is deliberately global: it is not built around any single country's holidays or timezone. Pick a country above to see holidays, festivals and local time context relevant to you.
